The Sexual Assault Crisis Center of Eastern CT

The Sexual Assault Crisis Center is a private, non-profit agency offering free and confidential, comprehensive services to victims of sexual assault and abuse. SACCEC is a member  of the Connecticut Alliance to End Sexual Violence, the statewide coalition of sexual assault crisis agencies.

Take Back the Night Foundation

Take Back the Night Foundation’s aim is to end sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, sexual abuse and all other forms of sexual violence. They serve to create safe communities and respectful relationships through awareness events and initiatives. 

Family Services Center for Victim Safety and Support

Founded in 1879, Family Services brings people together to find the support they need, improving their lives and communities, and building a stronger, safer Hudson Valley. Their program areas include Behavioral Health, Victim Services, Family Programs, Youth Services, Community Safety, and Prevention. Last year, over 14,000 children, adults, and families benefited from Family Services programs in Dutchess, Ulster, and Orange counties.

Violence Against Women Prevention Program (VAWPP)

Our mission is to educate, advocate, and provide support services for the achievement of women’s equity at the University and within the larger community. Special attention is focused on, but not limited to, women who face additional challenges due to their race, ethnicity, socioeconomic class, sexual identity, religion, age, and physical or metal ability.

Connecticut Alliance to End Sexual Violence

The mission of Connecticut Alliance to End Sexual Violence is to create communities free of sexual violence and to provide culturally affirming, trauma-informed advocacy, prevention, and intervention services centered on the voices of survivors. The Alliance envisions and hopes to create a world in which everyone believes sexual violence is a preventable problem and actively plays a role in ending it.

In carrying out our mission and pursuing our vision, The Alliance is guided by the following core values: victim-centered decision-making, empowerment, compassion and empathy, accessibility and choice, diversity and inclusion, intersectionality, dignity and respect, safety and confidentiality, wellness and self-care, integrity and accountability, collaboration and partnership, and community-building and engagement.

Women’s Center of Greater Danbury

Our mission is to serve the needs of individuals, families and the community with prevention, crisis intervention and support services with regard to domestic violence, sexual assault and other major life crises.

We achieve this mission through our strongly committed team of dedicated staff, direct service and board of director volunteers, and with the help of our many partners, from individuals and governments to local nonprofits and corporations. Together, they help us to sustain the provision of high quality, professional services for all who turn to us for help, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
