Maria Farhadi
Graduate Assistant
Maria Farhadi is a third-year M.F.A. candidate at the University of Connecticut in the Digital Media and Design program, where she is focusing on user experience design. Maria Farhadi started her journey in animation five years ago, and then she continued her path to graphic design for her bachelor’s degree. She found her passion there and currently, she has the opportunity to combine and use all these skills in her designs. Now years later, she wants to follow up that dream to have an impact in digital media design. Maria is a highly motivated, creative, and hardworking person who is eager to focus on modern human issues, conduct creative research, and challenge herself to make significant contributions to the arts.
She currently works as a Graduate Research Assistant in UConn’s Gladstein Family Human Rights Institute, and she oversees creating visual content design.
