Human Rights Institute & Dodd Impact
Elnara Klicheva is a graduate assistant with Dodd Human Rights Impact and the Human Rights Institute where she provides administrative and programmatic support. Elnara is from Uzbekistan in Central Asia and holds a BA in jurisprudence from Karakalpak State University (Uzbekistan). She recently graduated from the University of Connecticut with a master’s degree in international studies and a graduate certificate in human rights. She is a graduate student at UConn’s School of Social Work. In addition to working with Dodd Impact, Elnara also provides pro-bono legal assistance to low-income women in Uzbekistan.
