Griffin Center for Health and Human Rights

130 Division Street
Derby, Connecticut 06418

Established in 1999, the Griffin Center for Health and Human Rights promotes global health and human rights practices and policies, developing new and effective strategies for dealing with complex humanitarian and silent emergencies. The center designs, develops and implements health and human rights community projects domestically and internationally, bridging the gap between academia and grass-root human rights advocacy. The Griffin Center cultivates the knowledge of the critical link between health and human rights by conducting training courses, research and scientific investigation and by developing innovative partnerships with targeted communities.
